Apparently, information exchanges between police officers (perp handlers) and their stool pigeons and patsies (perps) are sometimes conducted in plain view under the guise of some need for assistance that is meant to give any onlookers a sense of normalcy. The information exchange I witnessed was done under the cover of a police officer helping a guy who was supposedly locked out of his vehicle

ramaniac1964jc posted a commentTwo weeks ago I got the lawn mower out to discover that the small oil leak had developed into a big leak. Pulled the cam/valve cover off and found the seal virtually nonexistant. Took the cover to the saw shop, was told I needed the model number. Went home got every number I could find on the motor; back to the saw shop. Was told the numbers were everything including it's test results for the EPA, but no model number. This model has no gasket, just a groove in the cover for a bead of some high temperature sealant. The cover had a small bend at one of the bolt holes, which was the original problem, and given the non-rigid cover, straightening could not be done sufficient to prevent future problems.
